"Healthy cake"
take 1 box of your choice of cake mix
1 small can of pumpkin puree
Mix the Cake mix and pumpkin together (not putting in the eggs and
oil) until blended completely. Bake as directed on cake box. I like
making them as cupcakes for portion control. Top with a spoonful of
whipped cream or your favorite icing.
